Joining us from the steps of the Energy Dept. in Washington DC to tell us about NC State's team entry in the national competition to re-engineer a 2009 GM Saturn. The team’s goal is to minimize environmental impact by reducing fuel consumption and petroleum use and emissions, while retaining the car’s utility, performance and safety.
